My credit card accout was charged repeatedly without my knowledge or authorization.
There were a total of 12 charges: ten of $12.95 each and 2 of $13.95 each.
I found the company's name from the elecronic banking and their address through internet search engine. I called the company and they very readily admitted that the charges were in error and promissed to refund the entire amount within a few days.
Within about a week, they credit my account three times: two for $13.95 each and one for $12.95. It has been over a month and no further refunds has been made.
I just wrote them, requesting that the remaining $116.55 be refunded not later than June 15. I will let you know what happens next.
