I was a customer of Wells Fargo merchant services and i thnk they are acting dishonestly! My company received a charge back from a customer which was an erroneous chargeback. We fought it and won. That customer re-filed the claim with a different reason code. We fought and won again. That customer re-filed it again under a different reason code and now Wells Fargo is just taking the money even though the customers claim is invalid. Now they have their money backl and still have the product. Additionally, when i tried filing a dispute against a vendor we purchased from for the same reason, they wouldn't help us at all. Double standards and triple jeopardy. Not right and not the american way. Now we are out $8k on the false chargebacks and out an additional $4k on the dispute against our vendor they wouldn't help us with (which by the way is the same reason as the ones they are processing against us!
