To date, hasn't seen child in nearly 11 months. Court denied his "emergency" motion for visitation.
Has lied to his own lawyer now that he has made a lump sump payment on or about 03 December. The state didn't get it, the circuit clerk's office didn't get it, his CHILD didn't get it.
