Me and my family where about to have our house forclosed on when we contacted 1st finanical forclosure.com they gave us a money back guarantee that our home would be saved we paid them over $2000 for there service this was over a year ago. We went through several account managers and where told that every thing was going good and we would be forclosed on. But it was all talk and no action our home was forclosed on and has been sold and now has new owners we requested for them to refund what we paid for there service and where told to mail a letter to them and we would recieve refund. This was back in september as of yet we have not heard anything form them they will not reply to repeated phone calls or emails.
