Be Warned about Credit One Bank!
I have been a customer with Credit One Bank for almost 3 years. Firstly, be cautious of any of these high interest Credit Card companies as the basically practice in legalized, and it should not be lega, loan sharking, usery.
I have a low credit limit with Credit One Bank... I have almost the same amount in fees applied to my account. All these fees are hidden, and add up. I have been Unemployed for several months, and continued to pay my minimum amounts through savings up and until 2 months ago. I apparentley was eligible for a program called Credit Protection. It is a service that I have been paying for these past three years, and covers my minimum payments. I applied to the program, and was denied as I missed the window from my original layoff date of 180 days. I requested that I be granted an exception, as I am still on UI insurance. They denied me.
I plan on suing Credit One Bank in small claims for fraudulent business practices.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this with Credit One Bank?
Sincerely,
Livid
