Well, I'm another person who has been scammed by SCUM. I myself got this letter saying I would have a $5000 dollar credit card and with 0% interest.
Since I do a lot of travel for work (at least 2X a month) and my company does not provide a corporate card, I thought this was a great card to have when I traveled to keep all my expenses on.
Well, like everyone else 3 weeks passes and I get the package. I didnt know what it was at first, but as I opened it up and read it, I knew it was a SCAM.
I too didnt notice anything about consumer credit and that it would be a card for some stupid overpriced catalog. I'm totally disgusted.
I love how good fearing people get screwed. Its like if we are late on a card payment it counts against you, but these jerks do something like this and they are still around.
What is fair in this world, NOTHING. Boy am I getting on the phone now. I think this is one for the new station. One of those undercove things on 60 minutes, reveal the truth about this company.
