I am writing on behalf of Susanne because she could not get thru on computer. She reported previously that Titan Financial ripped off her account for $299.00 within a couple of weeks of the transaction and the bank has failed to give her her rights to dispute or any assistance in getting the $299.00 refunded to her account.
The bank was messaged by susanne on numerous occassions following the transaction and was given an 800 number to call, which she attempted at least 6 times and was told a refund would be sent to her account. The bank is aware of this as the e-mails to Banknorth will verify that they were notified of the probability of fraudulent activity within weeks; not months.
Under Federal Reg E the bank has not cooperated. I have not received proper treatment, accurate information regarding the dispute process or a return of the ripped off amount of $299.00.. Susanne P.
