I made a payment of 3700.00 on my account in 2007. And the company is still charging me interest on a payments that I have made. I made 16 advance payments and they are charging me interest on those payments that i already made payments for. The company promised me they would correct my statements and send me a statement for what I really owe but now they are refusing to and they are chargiong me 6000. More than I owe. Please help me get this resloved.
