I made a payment of 3700.00 on my account in 2007, and the company is still charging me interest on payments that I have already made. I made 16 advance payments, and they are charging me interest on those payments that I already paid. The company promised me they would correct my statements and send me a statement for what I really owe, but now they are refusing to, and they are charging me 6000. More than I owe. Please help me get this resolved.
