I had $49.95 taken from my bank account without my permission or a reason why

I'd $49.95 obtained from my banking account on 08/03/10 without my authorization or perhaps a cause why. I don't understand what the corporation is or what it will. They don't have telephone # to contact to see why or even to quit my cash thats why I'm completing this criticism.
