Horrible service lack of keepng up with promise

T.D. Lender may be the most inconvienent lender I've actually applied. They're so busy they are able to just place you through to an robot since the support representatives are "presently helping other clients"whenever you call-in they provide u a choice to depart your title and quantity to allow them to contact you back. It's been six months of tryng to get hold of them to setup my bank card and everytime i abandon my title and quantity nobody actually calls me back. I've been merely tryng to have ahold of someone from that organization from july til nov. After I am-late paying t.D. Bank charge card they contact me the least 8-10 times each day beginning as soon as 7:30 am and closing as overdue as 8:00 pm. Obviously they set ALL concentrate on obtaining obligations and MINIMUM TO NO concentrate on client help. The support listed here is rediculous because they obviously don't have sufficient period, workers or man-power to support all there clients and try to match their "americas most convenient bank" advertisment.By today I'll withdraw all resources from t.D. Lender and try to look for a lender that's prepared to assist and help their clients in addition to possess a genuine person who you are able to consult with. Super very disapointed and frustrated with this specific lender and certainly will advise everyone i keep in touch with of the horrible customer support.
