My partner and that I bought an RV from a person. Fifth Third Bank of Upper Michigan was the lienholder about the RV name. Upon running our mortgage, my lender submitted the $43,000.00 benefit and also the automobile name to Fifth Third Bank in order for them to launch the mortgage to ensure that we're able to move possession and checklist my lender whilst the new lienholder. Fifth Third Bank obtained the resources, reduced the mortgage, delivered a Launch of Mortgage notice back again to my lender, but didn't return the name. They're today informing us they don't understand what occurred towards the title (which is really a good method of stating they lost it) which we have to apply for a missing/copy name.in the place of having any problem at-all and receiving off their DUFF to try to find the title, they need us to get the costs and period included to simply apply for another title. Clearly they got their cash and that is all-they cared about. It's impossible that the lender as big as Fifth Third Bank is that this reckless within their activities. I'm so happy that I don't trust my cash to an irresponsible lender similar to this.
