I've been a person with Fifth-Third lender for nearly 24 months and that I never used-to contact their customer support. They were named by me. Till I acquired a person I'd to hold back for nearly 17 units. Her name was Cynthia and talked so quickly using the original introduction. He or she lifted her tone and I expected her to replicate her title and was requesting my name.inadequate support. He or she wouldn’t do this and because my name is extremely lengthy, I questioned her to contact me Raj and that I was uncomfortable reading her mis-articulate my name. She was rude and unprofessional. I noticed an identical scenario from my buddy very long time back. I acquired the exact same reaction today. Weak Customer Support! I'm considering changing to various other lender who are able to provide greater customer support to me.
