On March activity statement, Payment System erroroneously withdrew $99 from my account, a fee supposedly reserved for merchants with no credit card activity. This is an active business, with healthy credit card totals. I called them to have the fee reversed. It was confirmed to be an error, and they promised to refund the $99 fee.
I have made 30 calls in the past 8 months to recover this fee:

The incompetence of Payment System Corp has escalated to the level of outright theft. Be sure to avoid entering into a business contract with them, as they are impotent in their own daily operations.
