Ripoff Refusal to give a credit refund Thieves

On August 18th I ordered Fax machine replacement rolls from Viking.com over the telephone. I made an error in that I wanted the cartridges so I called Viking back. Viking told me to refuse shipment from UPS when the rolls arrived the cartridges had a code. I did.

I then filed a dispute form with Direct Merchants Bank for a refund of the first Viking charge of $33.47. I received a leter back stating that they needed information that I had already given them. I also sent them a copy of a letter I sent to viking asking where the refund credfit was.

On September the 2nd 2003 I received a E Mail from Viking stating they had sent the credit to Direct Merchants bank. I sent the letter on tho Direct Merchants. It is now September 4th and still no refund. I called and was hung up on and discourteously blown off. It seems to me that DMB has no intentions of issuing the refund.

I had another dispute with them about 6 months ago where I closed my account because they took forever to credit a payment. I then foolishly reapplied and gave them another chance this was an serious error.
