This company is excellent, they respond to each of my claims quickly, even on weekends. I had a couple of appliances repaired at this point, well worth what I paid for coverage, there was one or two thigs that were not covered but they turned out to be minor repairs that were done cheaper than my service call fee anyway. Overall this is a great company to deal with.
