I sent my $43 dollars for the rush prossesing and recived a catalog card, When I called to see if I could get my money back the man told me I had to send them everything back that they sent me and a letter stating why I did not want the card, so I did.
A month later still no money, so I called to find out what was going on since they sent me there new catalog and I had there newest phone number, 800-799-1003 ext. 371 I called. I spoke to a lady who said my check had been sent on the 30th of November and I should recive it any day.
I still havent gotten my money so I called the number agian, not only did it hang up on my 5 times but every option I picked was a recording.
No people to talk to. They only will talk to you if you are an existing coustomer with your credit card number in hand.
I'm not going to give up though I'll keep everyone clued in if I find out anything new.
