Aspire has refused to remove the Insurance on my credit card. I did what I was told by writing a letter in order to get that removed. I later called to complain because they were still charging me.
I then called and asked what was going on and the customer service representative said my letter was pending. Then I said why when I was told the insurance would be removed as soon as the letter would be received.
I then spoke to the Supervisior and he said don't worry I will take care of it I will call you tomorrow. I never heard from the Supervisior. I called agin and their story had now changed to my letter pending to we never received anything.
They continued to charge me because I could not win the battle. This went on since August. Their customer service department was awful you can not understand what they say most of the time and their attitude is I don't care.
