I travel for my work and just required my TD Bank Bank Card with me. There is fraudlent activity about the card plus they shut the card without me understanding. I droe 230 kilometers from PA to Virginia and stopped after my conferences to obtain some gasoline at 10pm during the night. The card rejected. I named and discovered they shut it without actually showing me. Thank heavens I'd a $20 for problems.
When I named they stated they shut it because of the exercise. Okay. Excellent. But no body explained. They stated that the purchase set my consideration within the damaging (it had been a purchase for 3 world seroes seats thru ticketmaster) which there is a $150 facility charge also, therefore it was over $1,000 of my hard earned cash removed.
They did understand it had been scam simply because they were approached by ticketmaster. After I named—oh I actually donot understand... 6 occasions... Each customer support representative explained somthing unique. They made me contact ticketmaster to obtain a fax... Despite the fact that they'd established it had been scam. Despite the fact that they'd the telephone #... And so I used 7 hours about the telephone looking to get the info towards the appropriate people.
Bottomline. They'dnot relesase the resources despite they'd a fax from ticketmaster, despite I questioned the surpervisior.
