Dale Duhart claims to provide assistance to consumers who have been the victims of loan modifications or who have lost their homes while attempting to get a loan modification. Dale portrays himself as a Muslim. He never meets with his customers and insist that they provide him with funds in a secure bank card.
He has the consumer provide him pertinent information regading their mortgage and says he will write letters to all the consumer help organizations. Once he gets the money and have the consumer send letters to everybody and their borther, you never hear from him again.
He refuses to return calls and answer emails. He office address if bogus. The location of his business is for sale or lease. It does not exist. He is a complete fraud.
