I have not ever had had fleet credit card. But Fleet has each month pulled large sums of money from my bank account as a Fleet express pay?
I found this out after returning home from vacation and opening our mail from the bank. The bank was able to reverse one $2000.00 debit from our account and gave us contact information for Fleet Boston so we could have them restore the balance of funds removed.
After several days spent on the phone leaving unreturned messages and frustraitingly unhelpful employees supervisors Fleet Boston said they could not restore the funds as it was a seperate division of the company that does that. The contact information for that division yielded no response to numerous voice mails.
Our bank put pressure on Fleet. That yielded the contact information for Fleet Fraud Dept. John Pavovcak 215 725-2624 FAX 215 956 9242 Again no calls were returned or faxes responded to.
Back Door approach 1 800 825 5194 press option #2 You are a bank attempting a reversal (as time for this option is now out have a case file started.) You will not be able to do this if you are Joe Blow. Fax all records to the person setting up the case file.
Wait and see what happens. Contact this person again in a couple days if there is no progress take them to court and sue the pants off of them because the money they took is necessary for the survival of your family farm and since you have documented everything well and informed them what will become of your business if the money they STOLE is not returned NOW they are fully responsible. It's like taking someone's life preserver (on accident or on purpose) once you are made aware of fact of the person in danger in the water without it and you are presented with clear information that it is thier life presever (not yours to play with on shore or rent out to someone else while they sink to thier death) they are fully responsible not for just returning the presever to your next of kin but a huge amount of damages as well because they could have returned it in time to save your life (if not criminal charges to boot)!
