I am Patrick P I am being harassed by a paysay loan company.
They are theating me with jail and crime of check fraud.
I rook the loain out 4 years ago in 2007.

I ran into fiancial dificulties and recently had surgery and was unable to continue payments.

I livr in fort worth, TX have so for many years.
I did maNAGE TO RECORD THE INTIRE CONVO WITH HER I FORGOT THE NAME

What rights if any do i have? Can i sue them for harassment since i have it on tape? If any attornees on or anyone else that can help would be appriecceated.
