I bought a house in 2006 since I havee went into issues I've been informed from the bank that I've a 30yrs mortage however in my initial mortgage documents. They express 40yr not the 30yr that they're declaring. I ripped the origainal Action of Confidence which was documented at 30 years. I'd haven't recognized easily was not looking to get financing change.
