I have witnessed people get drunk on the clock and be repeatedly late but that's ok if your white or you kiss the district manager and regional managers rear end.
Also been the victim of customers sexual harassment and verbal abuse. But when the customer is declined it's the employees fault and when they call corporate you get written up. This company is so crooked it's pathetic. They have training regulary and monthly on how to keep customers in debt and the employees get bonuses for being successful.
