Charged for Netflix

I have been being charged for Netflix on my Capital One credit card and I never asked for the subscription to Netflix. I want the subscription to be canceled and the monthly charges that I have been charged for returned as credit to my Capital One credit card. I have never used Netflix and I don't think I should have been charged for it. Kathy Harlow
