Saying I owe money, I no nothing about and harassment on the phone, threatening leins on my property, and ruining my credit report rty

I tested my credit history, which organization LHR was on the website stating I owe income, and also have no idea what it's. I'd prefer to somehow have it off my statement, since I'm attempting to clear it-up.
