One of my complaints was that I was charged a $75 termination fee 2 years before my account was actually closed. I was charged the fee, though they would not send me my money. Now David Lerner is claiming that the $75 fee was waived. So they pocketed it in another way. Either way, they stole it from me.
Mostly, I do not understand how the SEC is allowing this to happen.
