Capital choice consumer credit card scam

I got a paper in the mail from capital choice consumer credit for a credit limit of 5,000.00 dollar limit on it. I sent them a check in the amount of 39.00 dollars. I had not got the card in yet so i was looking online to find a number when i found this. This is crazy that they can rip people off like this. I hope this will help people from making the same mistake that i made.
