Staropoly
Alex Veronas A cheap con man, albeit not a very good one

Several people have posted horror stories reciting how staropoly and it's owners owed them money. Some state they have existing judgments that have yet to be paid.

Question is, what to do? There are several methods to collect on a judgment. First thing is to get an abstract. That makes it collectible through the levy process. Then it can be served on banks who may have accounts the judgment debtor holds. For example. Wells Fargo in Thousand Oaks may be the bank Staropoly is using.

They're LLC is officially in default according to the state of Nevada. That doesn't mean they have no money. It just means they were too cheap to pay the paltry fee or something happened making it invalid. You better hurry though. Staropoly and it's associates have been served with a monumental lawsuit. That might explain staropoly being offline as of a couple days back. If you're not up to the task of chasing after them you should employ the services of a judgment collector. Most will do the job for a portion of the proceeds collected. The legit ones that is.

Best of luck and I hope you're made whole. None of this should be construed as legal advice. For that, consult with a competent attorney.
