I signed up with these scams in 2009 with the intention that I would get business financing for my business. My so called coach was Hazen Martin who just took my money of 599 down and monthly payment through a so called 'Loan Shark" Duvera and the payments continue to come out of my bank account each month since 2009 and I have yet to receive any financing. It was not until I tried to contact them to find out they no longer exist at the location I found them at. Do anyone know anything about
these people. I see two posts on consumer complaints and now I know I was scammed.
The bad thing about this is that Duvera continues to take the money from my bank account and refuse to cancel my contract when I explained to Rich DuVera that I have no way to contact X-Banker. His blatant response was, "That is not my problem Ms. _ _ _ _ _ _ _, my problem is making sure you make your payment on time." What a A _ _ hole when he can't even give me information on someone he had dealings with. Can anyone help me or is there anyone that wants to attend the hearing on this in Santa Ana Courts on October 31.
Please let me know and I can post the address of the courts. Unless we pull together, these scams will continue to do the same old thing to other innocent people.
