Being a person of Wells Fargo currently, we chose to make an application for a mortgage for another house we're purchasing. Credit is credit, evaluation of the brand new house is very good, anything about the software is very good. Software was posted along side all of the costs they needed. The headache started once they got our cash. The client support was terrible. They forgot information, missing information, blew deadlines, skipped our final day more often than once, etc. Ultimately I withdrew the mortgage software and informed them to deliver me back the cash we settled. THEY FRIGGIN' DECLINED to deliver the cash back. They explained all that cash wasn't refundable. I'd to consume all that missing cash, never got a mortgage from their store and today I am royally screwed by Wells Fargo Mortgage. Be extremely cautious. Look for a more trustworthy mortgage company.
