Lately had difficulties with my IPad 2, not able to obtain films from my Computer to my IPad2. Named service division and following a few-day the problem was solved. Once problem was finished (September. 1st.) customer support requested basically want to buy a Protection Program. I bought strategy and was charged the total amount requested for. Upon reviewing payment info on June 3rd I came across exactly the same amount billed again on September 1st ($79.00) one more $80.00 and $32.79 for what I actually donot understand. Please contact me on 714 328-4268 therefore issue could be solved.
