When you have the endless strategy, DON'T CHANGE! Some tips about what happened.

I changed towards the "share anything strategy", hoping to include my ipad and minute telephone for financial savings. Alternatively, my ipad has become a bit of crap (more later) and that I've lost 3 hours about the telephone with customer care. I have talked to 6 various client service representatives that cannot repair the problem, plus they WOn't reactive or provide me credit on my ipad that presently DOESN'T HAVE 4g support.

Some tips about what occurred:

I changed to the SEP about the first evening of my billing period. I named customer care to change my "prepaid" ipad 4g aswell. They stated that they'd need to deliver me a brand new sim-card, that'll they'll overnight. Complete telephone call required 45 units and needed to wait before following day to change my ipad over.

Following day, I obtained my new sim-card and experimented with move my ipad 4g from prepaid to my share anything prepare. Talked to 2 repetitions before they discovered the right division to assist me with this particular. The repetition (Jose from Sacramento) began to deactivate my ipad 4g and move it to my share anything prepare. After being on-hold for half an hour, he explained he went into complex problems. He claims the sim-card they delivered me had been triggered, consequently useless. I have to possibly obtain a new sim card delivered to me or visit my local Verizon shop to obtain a new simcard.

And my ipad no further works. To reactivate my ipad, I'd have to talk to the prepaid office. Okay... I had been cool-used in a brand new individual, who'd no idea what happened. She did not understand how to assist me, therefore she set me on-hold for fifteen minutes to discover somebody who may reactivate my ipad. I waited fifteen minutes (60-minute whole phone) and hungup.

I called back fifteen minutes later to customer support. He experimented with move me towards the "service division" however they are actually closed. I recommended, these were not shut fifteen minutes before once they deactivate my ipad! He explained he obtained a saving, and there is nothing he is able to do. I'd have to call-back tomorrow morning.

So there you've it. Verizon doesn't have idea just how to roll-out this 4g support about the back-end of the program. It has been exceptionally annoying coping with sim-cards with this new 4g support. When you deactivate your ipad support, your sim-card is totally useless. This isn't the very first time that I've had difficulties with the sim-card, and that I've just had my ipad for just two month. This problem alone lost 3 hours of my period, and that I still need to visit my local Verizon shop to obtain this fixedp
