Ripoff

I recieved a flyer in the mail promising help with government funds, stating if I did'nt get the help I needed, then I would receive a full refund. ($23.90)
It's been a month since I mailed my money order and I haven't received anything. I wonder if anybody knows how to get in touch with this company.
