Harassing telephone calls

Over the past year I have received over 200 phone calls from NCO representatives looking for an individual whom I do not know. They are unwilling or unable to understand that they are calling an incorrect number.

If they checked the phone book, they would realize that they are wasting their time calling me. The calls are always inconvenient and often abusive.
