When I called Discover Card (1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683)), they put me on hold for 50 MINUTES.
And when I asked them to close my account, they keep transferring from one Rep (Account Manager) to another.

There should be a way of punishing these Credit Card Companies.
