I was confident that Next Generation was going to be able settle my CC debt, and remember thinking to myself " these people cant be crazy enough to run a scam, even when the AG has them under a microscope" I knew the attorney general warns consumers of debt settlement scams, and have prosecuted many... All I wanted was an update, one person on the phone who could give me a little piece of mind... Never one call. A few half hearted / template emails. That's it!!! I told them I was going to file a complaint with the AG, and no response. At this point all I can make of it is they care so little of what the clients think that it proves that they HAVE to be a scam.
