I noticed a negative account on my credit report. They have never tried to get in touch with me and when I contacted them They told me I owed the money but wont say who the original creditor was.
They also stated this was a joint account which I have only had one joint account ever.
I was told I had to request in writing that I would like them to prove I owe this debt which they still have not told who this was.
Now I have a negative account on my credit which I have no idea who it was from.
