Business Open Line of Credit Called DUE

I've counted with boa for 25 years. December i obtained notice your $100,000 available credit line arrives and due 12. Employed/repaid often; never delayed.

I quickly contacted them and told the merchandise basically isn't provided anymore; nothing related to relationship or credit. I had been told boa might contact me at the conclusion of the year to go over. Due to these tough economic occasions, i did so not wish to wait and demanded to understand what additional options could be substituted when i was worried about qualifying to get a fresh loan under the current mortgage modifications etc. And of boa current business practices. I quit making payment to help me in getting correct contact and answers. With nonpayment, i ultimately could enter connection with pamela san culbreath who's my client manager to help me our business records. She generously shut my bank account without notice. She next relates me to some other person to talk to regarding this loan and new software. I talked to new contact shortly and put up contact day. He didn't contact. After i called him, he was currently unavailable until 9/9. Today i've another contact. She determined to close the checking and yet won't tell me why she made that choice. After i got from the clinic, i approached her;she sent their standard bank claims stating if at 0 stability they are able to open or close. I am unsure pam required time to understand us and our companies. She said she didn't want our deposit account (60 times no exercise except their distributions for banking fees). I'd an individual account without exercise that was not shut. I've other business balances she didn't shut; but i'm unsure she even recognized us or spent the time to understand of other business records. Obviously i'm in the act of closing all balances. I more want to know of any others treated in this way. I've asked for a copy of the document which allows them to call the open credit line note due entirely anytime that we haven't received. Pam ignores my request.

Bank of America today appears to be in big trouble; possibly they have to take a look at their customer supervisors as well as their usefulness!!!
