Beware of this company. They came in and wrote a contract for 1% across the board in fees. 20 cents per batch and. 09% per transaction. Plus the cost of the equipment lease. When I did the math it looked great. Everything was in writing. But I noticed our sale person kept taking the copies i would make. So i instead scanned them into our printer. We got up and running and at first I noticed it was very difficult to get in touch with the company as they do not answer their phones directly. They use a call service to generate a "ticket" and sometime during the day you may or may not get called back. We were also were overcharged in our first billing cycle by double. They actually charged 2.9% plus misc fees that we have no idea what they are. Our contract clearly shows 1% on all charge cards. So in the end we are paying triple. They have messed with the wrong company. We are a major franchise and the word is now out on these scammers.
