First NationalCredit Scam in Aliso Viejo CA taken for my sign up fee

I recieved the offer via email in sept. 2001 and applied in Oct.;well I got my intro package and decided that it was not what i was looking for and called about a refund.

I was told too sent the pack back so i did on the 11th of oct. Well i called to see if they had recieved it and they had.

The girl said that it had been recieved on Oct. 22 and was canceled so she connected me qith the refund deparment, there i was told that i would have my refund in 2 wks. Time. That was a lie so i've been trying too get a hold ofthe company and today i tried and the only way you can talk too a customer service person is if you have your card now and that card had too go back in the package and this was the first time of me hearing about the number thing.

Then i try too put in the extension numbers given too me and the automatated phone system won't reconize the numbers and it hangs up the line.

I will be contacting my Attorney Gernals Office in Mo too file a formly complaint; if everyone contacts the Attn. Gen. Office that has been swindled by these vermen in their home states then maybe something can be done.

EX. Of fraud cases: miss cleo, the sweepstakes, the tv guide stuff. And the list goes on.
