If you are ready this listen to me very carefully. APFS will lose your home. They have changed their name 3 or 4 times to avoid lawsuits.
They dont properly work their files. They are so unorganized its pathetic. The back end support doesnt care about your house.
The sales reps are under so much pressure by upper management that they have to lie just to keep their jobs.
Please dont give them your money. The had to stop giving refunds because they were losing so many homes. DONT SIGN WITH THEM.
