Do a search under American Platinum Financial Services or Legal Helpers Debt Resolution to see who you are really about to do business with. Read the warnings. This is the same company. They changed their name to get away from all of the negative BBB reports and complaints.
They have very little success in getting loan modifications. Do not trust. You will be providing paper work that you could give directly to your bank. They will take your money and you could lose your home.
Again, this is the same company with a significant amount of complaints against them. Look at the addresses of American Platinum and Legal Helpers. They are the same as this new company name, Underwater Property. Next time they call answer and say, "Take me off your calling list immediately." Then, hang up.
