Yes, his businesses are short-lived and he hides his fraus behind his Corporate Protection. WE need to pierce this artificial veil as he is the only owner, undercapitalized and a fraud.

(Eddie Patel is a the sole shareholder, the agent, and the sole Officer, both the President and the Secretary. Of the 1,000, 000 authorized shares (Par $1.00), the 1000 shares issued during incorporation ($1000 equity funding), were never increased, were solely registered to Eddie Patel, and no other agent or officers other than Eddie were ever assigned. From an operations standpoint, Eddie is the CEO and President, and no other executives were assigned. Therefore, Eddie is completely responsible for the corporation that he solely under capitalized. He was the corporate agent, only officer as both President and Secretary of the corporation, the only operations as both the executive decision maker and responsible for its operations. He funded the corporation and acted as its agent with the State of Illinois.
