I applied for several loans on line and this company took it upon themselves to deposit the money in my account without me knowing that they were charging a ridiculous amount of $300 dollars for the loan. I would never have accepted a payday/cash advance for $300 if I would have known the fee was $300...
When I contacted them via e mail, they said I approved it. It was my fault for giving so much information to the various company's I applied with, but I never said go ahead with the deposit and that I agreed to those horrendous terms.
I continue to get letters from them telling me to pay them $ 800 dollars. I told them I would repay the money I borrowed, but would not agree to pay $ 300 more. Some type of fee is understandable, that is why they are in business, but $ 300 is crazy.
I hope you don't fall into the same scam and I hope if anyone knows of a person who can assist me with this or has any information about how to get them off my back, I would truly appreciate it.
