Hired company for a loan modification in 2 February 6 months of evasive answers and no return phone calls later, nothing has been done

In February I contracted this "law firm" to do a loan modification. It is now August and even though they tell me it is approved I still see no proof nor can they tell me of who at the bank is handling it, who has approved it. When I contact my bank they know nothing of it. I have been lied to for over 6 months, do not get return calls etc. It seems Solomon Macari and randy Baker have done this to many people. Would appreciate any help in how to resolve this.
