I am starting to have the same issues that others are reporting in regards to card processing center. They are calling me at work saying that i will have late fees ascessed if i don't pay by a certain time frame. I have always sent payments to them and now they show that i am past due when every month i was sending a payment. I asked the rep. Why am i getting the statements so late that it has thrown me off and now i show pass due. She said she honestley couln't answer my question but to call 866-503-0872 and pay over the phone and the fee is only $8 instead of the $35 late fee. I am really upset because i have in good faith made payments every month and now they are calling me at work. Harrassing me in making payment. I don't know what to do anymore this is an abuse and everyone is paying for it. Is there something that can be done to stop this it seems that it is been going on for awhile.
