I had not received a statement from Spiegal, FCNB for a few months. I am now receiving statements from Card Processing Center with past due amount and late fee charges.
I am being called on the telephone 8,9, 10 times a day, 7 days a week. I sent a payment and noticed late fees have been subtracted. How do you keep these people from harrassing you on telephone and how do you get a statement of your past payments??
