Ignoring my attorney information

I obtained a notice from CPS Protection last month. I named and talked with Joe (really rude) and he advised me he wasn't likely to jot down my lawyeris info and hung-up on me. I acquired another notice on nowadays, threatening *Attorney Task for Debt Collection* DEBT DOCUMENT CONSTRUCTED FOR REGIONAL/IN STATE MOTION. Talked with Joe again today and advised him of how he declined my attorneyis data and today you're threatening to obtain a local attorney. Joe mentioned it's not his work to contact and confirm bankruptcies and put the telephone up in my own experience.
