Ripoff

I was called by a female by the name of Janet, on January 10. She told me that she would deduct $187.00, on the 16th.

Unfortunately that amount was deducted from my account and I still have yet to see this card. I have all the records of the phone calls I made to this number I was given.

I have my bank statement with the deduction also. I am truely appalled by this wrongful action taken against me and others. I am hoping you can help me recover my money.
