Beware using poa

My terminal aunt added a POA ONLY to her checking. When you have a POA you are to do in the best interest of that person if they CANNOT sign documents. My aunt was capable of signing checks—however the POA took the checks and the debit card and went fancy free—the bank did not care that the POA DID NOT sign properly as follows: John Doe by POA Jane Smith as an example—now they say it's a civil matter—well since the POA is a DOPE head and a thief and a convicted felon who is on SSI—how do expect a civil suit will ever produce anything. My aunt may have 3 more months left and is now broke—pnc LET her be taken for almost $3,000. Nice work pnc!!!
